The Client

A major automotive manufacturing plant — one of the largest assembly operations in the region — depends on a consistent, high-volume workforce across multiple departments running simultaneous shifts. When its primary staffing vendor began to lose pace with growing demands, plant leadership needed a replacement it could trust with its full headcount, but it was not handing that trust over without seeing performance first.
